Meet the Founder

Sonia Minocha

Mind Machine is a passion project by Sonia Minocha, a former television producer and content designer who followed her curiosity into the world of education. An accidental media professional turned education enthusiast, Sonia now designs playful learning formats that make learners think, smile, and remember what they learn. She now brings that same storytelling and engagement energy into learning - creating playful formats, from word games to interactive quizzes, that make learners think, smile, and remember what they learn.
Her goal is simple: to make learning accessible, inclusive, and joyful — filled with moments of curiosity, connection, and discovery that stay long after the game ends.

About Mind Machine

Learning That Feels Like Play

Mind Machine reimagines how people learn.
We design experiential learning formats — quizzes, puzzles, wordplay, creative tasks, and team challenges — that make knowledge feel alive.

Our goal isn’t to replace traditional learning.
We simply recharge it with imagination, collaboration, and joy.

Whether it’s a school assembly, a classroom session, an auditorium event, or a long-term programme, Mind Machine brings learning experiences that are:

The Playful Science of Learning

At Mind Machine, we turn learning into an experience — not a lecture. Through quizzes, puzzles, and challenges, we activate curiosity, boost focus, and help learners connect ideas in ways that feel natural, fun, and memorable.

Discover Curiosity in Action

Every activity we design — from BrainSpark to MindFest — encourages exploration, teamwork, and creative thinking. Our programmes transform classrooms and halls into playgrounds for ideas where every learner gets to speak, solve, play, and shine.

A Community of Curious Minds

Mind Machine is building a growing network of students, teachers, schools, and lifelong learners who love playful learning. With over dozens of events, quizzes, and interactive sessions conducted, we’re nurturing a culture where curiosity, collaboration, and joy take center stage.

CulturePress was established in 1916 by columnist picture taker team Maya Francis and Pierre Ross.

The two needed to dispatch a production that influenced Millennials to need to tune in and feel like they’re being heard.

Time after time are youth, Black youth specifically, left in the edges.

CulturePress has united creatives and given them a place to convey what needs be and be seen.
